Our Founder

Kay Doyle, MSLOC

Principal Coach & Consultant

Before founding Oui, my career spanned many disciplines, including accounting, finance, investor relations, media relations, public relations, marketing, and corporate communications. I worked for Fortune 100 companies in the pharmaceutical, financial services, energy, and agricultural industries, where I managed people and projects, synthesized complex issues into succinct communications, and helped leaders drive transformative change.

Intent on aligning my work with my faith, family, and community, I started working exclusively with nonprofit leaders and organizations in 2020 and created my own firm in 2022. Today, I help leaders increase their impact through strategies rooted in learning and growth. I do this by providing feedback and accountability for the leader, structure and processes for the organization, and a wide-angle perspective of the whole system.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration–Finance from Seattle University, and master’s degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University. In the community, I serve as chair of the Board of Trustees for Duchesne Academy, vice president of the Board of Directors for Magdalene Omaha, Investment Cabinet chair for United Way of the Midland’s Community Impact Committee, and chair of the Parish Support Advisory Board for the Archdiocese of Omaha.
